Quick release pins are economical pins that can be applied in both military and commercial equipment. Solid body construction with direct spring loaded ball provides dependable operating qualities. High shear capacity steel gives maximum strength for all applications. They can be used to lock telescoping tubes, secure bracket assemblies, anchor clevis fittings, hinge pins, replace cotter pins where frequent removal is necessary and set up jigs and fixtures. Stainless steel pins may be more specifically used in the aircraft industry, food processing machinery, marine equipment, laboratory and testing equipment and any application where corrosion is a concern. Hole sizes-commercial drill tolerances provide clearance for standard pins. Steel are zinc plated C1144. Stainless steel are Type 303. These pins are available in other diameters through 1" diameter. Grip lengths other than listed below are available in increments of one tenth inch as special order. Call for pricing and delivery.

These quick release pins provide positive locking for all types of applications and equipment. Pins will not release until the spindle is depressed. Spindle and shank are made from heat treated 4130 alloy. Stainless steel is 17-4 PH or PH 15-7 MO or equivalent. All handles are aluminum alloy except on a few of the ring handle styles which are steel and noted below with an asterisk. For less demanding applications, we offer a commercial line of button handle and T-handle ball lock pins in popular sizes.

These industrial quick release pins provide positive locking for all types of applications and equipment. Pins will not release until the spindle is depressed. When the button is pushed, the balls at the end of the pin retract for insertion and removal of the pin. Release the button and the balls are pushed out to lock the pin in place. These pins are produced to tight tolerances and designed to withstand severe application conditions. They are the highest quality and strongest pin on the market today. For less demanding applications we offer a commercial line of T-handle and button handle ball lock pins in popular sizes. The steel pins are made of components of heat treated carbon and alloy steel except the handle which is aluminum, the balls which are 440 stainless and the ring which is 300 series stainless. The stainless pins components are body and spindle of 17-4 stainless; ring and spring of 17-7 stainless; and the button, handle and collar being 300 series stainless.
